The atelier works in volumes. Each volume is a self-contained study — a mood, a material, a discipline. When a volume is finished, the form is closed. The volume you are reading is the third of an ongoing series.

Volume I — A study in restraint

Origins gathers the earliest ideas of the atelier. Each piece is a dialogue between the discipline of the drawing and the freedom of the material — bronze, oak, travertine, raw silk. The collection is intentionally finite: ten pieces, then we close the volume.

Volume II — Light as material

Atmospheres treats illumination as a primary material. The collection works in tandem with the architecture — sconces that soften a corner, lanterns that hold a shadow, a chandelier that distills morning into brass. The pieces are quiet, but they change the room.

Monoliths

Volume III — Stone, weight, presence

Monoliths is a meditation on presence. A single block of travertine becomes a seat; a slab of walnut becomes a writing desk. The collection is produced in numbered editions of eight, accompanied by a hand-written certificate of provenance and the name of the quarry.
