The Story
Vellum is a room made of light. A three-panel screen in travertine, holding panels of raw silk that warm the light passing through them.
Built only to commission, and only in the dimensions of the room it will live in.
Process
How it is made.
Each screen is built in dialogue with the architect. Lead time: twenty to twenty-four weeks.

Travertine from a single quarry in Tivoli.
